Yes! Tenetrix Insight, our medical reference app, works 100% offline. All content is stored locally on your device after the initial download. Other applications may have varying offline capabilities - check the specific product documentation for details.

You can report issues through our Contact page or email us directly at admin@strandautomationworks.com. Please include: • The product name and version • Your device and OS version • Steps to reproduce the issue • Screenshots if applicable We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

For mobile apps, payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store using their standard payment methods. For web-based products, we accept major credit cards through Stripe.

Refunds for mobile app purchases are handled through the respective app store (Apple or Google). For other products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you to resolve any issues or process a refund.

We regularly update our products based on user feedback, bug fixes, and new features. Tenetrix Insight receives content updates as clinical guidelines change. Check the release notes in each app for the latest changes.
