1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tenetrix Insight mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tenetrix Insight is a medical reference application that provides quick-reference clinical information, including but not limited to:

• Drug dosing guidelines
• Clinical algorithms and protocols
• Laboratory value references
• Medical calculations
• Educational waveform simulations

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The information provided in this App is for educational and informational purposes only
• This App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• Never disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App
• In case of a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately
• The App is designed to supplement, not replace, the judgment of healthcare professionals
• Information may not reflect the most current medical research or guidelines
• Users are responsible for verifying all clinical information against current institutional protocols

4. Intended Users

This App is intended for:

• Licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, paramedics, etc.)
• Medical students and healthcare trainees
• Other qualified individuals in clinical settings

This App is NOT intended for use by the general public for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Tiers

The App offers various subscription tiers with different access levels:

• Free Tier: Limited access to select reference cards
• Premium Tier: Full access to all reference content
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for permanent premium access

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your App Store/Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store/Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect for your next billing cycle after notice is provided.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
• Not use automated systems to access the App
• Verify all clinical information against authoritative sources before use

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Strand Automation Works LLC
• The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

• Strand Automation Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on App content
• We are not liable for patient outcomes related to use of the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strand Automation Works LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
3. Arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strand Automation Works LLC regarding the App.
