1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tenetrix Insight mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tenetrix Insight is a medical reference application that provides quick-reference clinical information, including but not limited to:

• Drug dosing guidelines
• Clinical algorithms and protocols
• Laboratory value references
• Medical calculations
• Educational waveform simulations

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The information provided in this App is for educational and informational purposes only
• This App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• Never disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App
• In case of a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately
• The App is designed to supplement, not replace, the judgment of healthcare professionals
• Information may not reflect the most current medical research or guidelines
• Users are responsible for verifying all clinical information against current institutional protocols

4. Intended Users

This App is intended for:

• Licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, paramedics, etc.)
• Medical students and healthcare trainees
• Other qualified individuals in clinical settings

This App is NOT intended for use by the general public for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

5. Free Access, Foundations and Earlier Purchases

Access depends on the installed app version. Earlier all-free releases retain their included content. The forthcoming version 1.5 Foundations update is available only after App Store approval and release. In that update, clinical references, medication cards, calculators, question banks, medication flashcards, basic anatomy and the complete anatomy-orientation lesson remain free.

Foundations is an optional, non-consumable Apple in-app purchase that unlocks five guided learning modules and detailed anatomy. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. The App Store displays the local price and confirms the total before payment. Future standalone courses are not included. Apple processes payment through your Apple Account; the app verifies Apple-signed access on your device. Purchase receipts and transaction details are not sent to our servers.

Eligible users who obtained the app before the Foundations payment model retain access after Apple verifies their previous app access. Use Restore purchases / previous access in the app with the same Apple Account. New purchases and recovery of missing access information require an App Store connection; verified bundled content can be used offline. Apple purchases do not transfer to Android or website previews.

If you previously purchased a subscription, review its renewal and cancellation settings in your Apple Account. Updating the app or buying Foundations does not cancel that subscription. Recognized active legacy subscriptions also provide Foundations access. Billing and refund requests are handled under Apple App Store policies.

The iOS app uses the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
• Not use automated systems to access the App
• Verify all clinical information against authoritative sources before use

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Strand Automation Works LLC
• The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The information is current, complete, or accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

• Strand Automation Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on App content
• We are not liable for patient outcomes related to use of the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strand Automation Works LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App or website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
3. Arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strand Automation Works LLC regarding the App.
