Tenetrix Insight Privacy Policy
Updated October 15, 2026 · Applies to Tenetrix Insight, including the forthcoming version 1.5 Foundations update.Tenetrix Insight provides clinical reference and educational content. You can use its clinical reference library and free study tools without creating an account. The forthcoming Foundations update adds optional paid lessons and detailed anatomy; it is available only after App Store approval and release. This policy describes the app; the Strand Automation Works website and other products may have separate practices.
Information stored on your device
Study progress, quiz results, favorites and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload these records to our servers. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple or Google backup settings. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove local records; backup restoration is controlled by your device provider.
Optional support contact
The Contact Support link opens your email app. It does not automatically send a message or upload study records. If you choose to email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you send and use them to handle your request. Do not send patient information, medical records or other sensitive personal information.
Support correspondence is processed by email service providers and retained for handling requests and maintaining records of reported issues. To request access to or deletion of correspondence, contact us below and provide enough information to locate it. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required by law.
This release does not provide an in-app feedback form or send feedback to Supabase. The app itself does not upload personal data to our servers.
Tracking and analytics
The app does not send behavioral analytics or automatic crash reports to an analytics provider, use advertising identifiers, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Optional Foundations purchase
In the forthcoming Foundations update, clinical references, medication cards, calculators, question banks, medication flashcards, basic anatomy and the anatomy-orientation lesson remain free. Foundations provides five guided learning modules and detailed anatomy through an optional one-time Apple in-app purchase. Earlier all-free releases retain their included content.
Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. The app uses StoreKit to check Apple-signed purchase and previous app-access information on your device, including when you restore access. Purchase receipts and transaction details are not sent to our servers, and we do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may process purchase-history, account and device information under its own privacy policy. An App Store connection is required for a new purchase or recovery of missing access information; verified content can be used offline.
External links
Source references, research links and support pages open external websites. Those sites receive normal web requests and follow their own privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled by the app. Local study progress remains on your device when you open an external link.
Health information and children
The app is not a patient-record system and does not request access to HealthKit, patient records, contacts, location, camera or microphone for its learning features. It is intended for healthcare learners and professionals, not directed to children under 13. If a child has emailed personal information, contact us to request removal.
